Annual report, fund updates and financial statements

The annual report and financial statements for the year to 31 December 2023 are available to view online. They have been posted on the Disclose Register [external link] and on this website under documents and forms. You are entitled to receive a hard copy of these documents free of charge. Call the helpline, and we’ll send them to you. Fund updates as at 31 March 2024 are being prepared for each investment option and will be made publicly available within 3 months of that date.

The scheme’s disclosure year, as defined under the Financial Markets Conduct Regulations 2014, changed from 31 December to 31 March when UniSaver introduced unit pricing in 2019. The introduction of unit pricing did not change the scheme’s balance date which remains 31 December. The annual report and financial statements are prepared at balance date. Fund updates are prepared for the disclosure year.
