UniSaver May 2025 prize draw
1. Information on how to enter the promotion forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
2. The promotion begins on 5 May 2025 and closes on 16 May 2025 (promotional period).
3. To enter, eligible respondents must complete the online form at unisaver.co.nz within the promotional period and include contact details for the draw where prompted.
4. Entry is only open to eligible respondents, being individuals who:
a) are members of UniSaver,
b) and are not employees of UniSaver Limited (the promoter) or suppliers to or directors of the promoter.
c) and are not a spouse, defacto partner, parent, child, sibling (whether natural or by adoption) or household member of such an employee/supplier/director
d) and are not professionally connected with the promotion.
5. Each completed form, with accompanying contact details, submitted in accordance with paragraph 3 above, will automatically receive one entry into the prize draw. There is a limit of one entry per eligible respondent.
6. The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of the entry and eligible respondent and to disqualify any respondent who submits a response that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry. Failure by the promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
7. There will be one prize draw for the promotional period. The winners will be notified within two weeks of the draw by telephone or email.
8. For the prize draw, the first, second, third and fourth valid entry drawn at random will each win a copy of the 2025 edition of Rich Enough? A laid back guide for every kiwi by Mary Holm, courtesy of HarperCollins.
9. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, misdirected or illegible entries.
10. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will entered into.
11. If after 10 working days following the promoter attempting to contact a winner at the contact details provided, the promoter has been unable to make contact with that winner, that winner will automatically forfeit the prize, and the promoter will randomly select one further entry who will be contacted by the promoter by telephone or email and will be a winner of the prize.
12. The winners permit the promoter to use the winners’ names and profile information for advertising and promotional purposes, without any compensation.
13. All personal details of the respondents will be stored securely at the office of the promoter and used to operate and administer the prize draw or to contact the respondent, if necessary, to clarify responses to questions. A request to access, update or correct any personal information should be directed to the promoter.
15. The promoter reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions of entry at any time.
16. The promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or sustained as a consequence of participation in the promotion or as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of the prize.
