Use this form to report serious wrongdoing relating to the operation of UniSaver New Zealand (UniSaver), including mismanagement, corruption, illegality or other serious wrongdoing. UniSaver Limited is the trustee and manager of UniSaver. Read UniSaver Limited’s whistleblowing policy for further information.

Your submission will be emailed direct to the scheme’s licensed independent trustee (LIT). The LIT is a member of the board of directors of UniSaver Limited with special responsibilities including regular reporting to the Financial Markets Authority. Your name, contact details and any identifying information will be kept confidential to the LIT unless you indicate otherwise.
