Log in to the secure part of our website to get detailed information about your account or to update your details and preferences.
Get a new PIN
You need your member number and PIN to log in. Call the helpline if you’ve forgotten your PIN. If you have an email address registered with UniSaver, you can change your PIN by logging in and selecting ‘Reset your PIN’.
Update your details
You can check and update the details we have on record for you any time. Just log in and follow the instructions on the ‘Personal details’ page.
Post or email?
Each year, we send you an annual report and benefit statement. You can choose whether you want to receive these documents electronically or in hard copy. You can:
- log in to the website and:
• select ‘Communication preferences’, or
• select ‘Personal details’ and follow the instructions, or
- phone the helpline.
Change your investment choice
You can change your investment choice online at any time. You can also download a form from the website or phone the helpline. Your change will be processed effective from the first day of the following month.
Submit your application at least five working days before the end of the month.
Your change won’t be visible on the website until around the middle of the following month when the prior month’s interest rates have been applied.
