How to join

If you’d like to join UniSaver:

1. Get an application pack from your manager, HR/payroll representative or superannuation officer or download one under Documents and forms. 

The application pack includes:

• the product disclosure statement, which includes an application form
• Your Choices, which provides information to help you complete the application form.

2. Complete the application form and return it to HR/payroll.
3. HR/payroll will complete the remaining paperwork needed for your membership to start.
4. We’ll send you a letter confirming your membership of UniSaver.
